A combination of CNC machining and resin 3D Printing (Low Force Stereo Lithography) enables rapid prototyping of our 3D models.
These can be used as fit test samples, pre production samples and photo ready prototypes for still imagery and video demonstrations.

DETAIL:
To design and build a working desk fan that utilised both 3D printing and CNC machining. The casing & fan blade along with a 3-phase electric motor was 3D printed. The wing section was CNC machined from aluminium sheet. The wing covering was fashioned from aluminium printing plate material.
The wooden base was CNC machined from oak. Total Build: 160 x 270 x 380mm
